Got what I needed. Very satisfied. Not cheap experience.
Called today at 3:55 (website says 5 oclock close), door locked and shutter was put down on me as I tried to catch the attention of the people inside. I had come to order 13 staff uniforms with fleeces but have now found somewhere else. From looking at other poor reviews Im not the first to be unhappy with this shop. Their loss!
Absolute disrespect, cant believe you would treat a customer like that. Never come here. Im ashamed
This shop is a joke they ordered wrong gear after they fitted my son out, missed or forgot items then refused to exchange items they ordered wrong. Never ever will I use this shop again. Please for your own sanity stay away from this shop.
Absolutely discusting attitude! Made my sister cry after leaving the shop today. It's stressful enough getting the kids back to school without being shown up and belittled by the snotty cow behind the counter of the school uniform shop! Not the first person I've heard that has had this problem with the sour faced old trout either. This is how you lose your customers. I along side many others at Northfield and minsthorpe won't be setting foot in the place again after the way we have been treated. Moral of the story...if your having a bad day/week/month or even year, dont take it out in your customers who's families have kept you in business for all these years!
