Went to get my noes checked on Sunday 1 July as my doctor's said I had Pollock's up my nose .Firstly the reception staff were polite and professional .Lady at desk apologize that they were half hour delay .Ended up waiting a hour .But it wasn't here falt .When they shouted me in it was a male doctor .And he was the most arrogant male showvenist pig I ever met .I felt like I couldnt ask him any questions about my condition .He talks down to u as if he doesn't like woman .Just cos people have a important job doesn't give em the right to be nobs.want be going there on my following up appointment
I have had several procedures dealt with at Phoenix and have the highest praise for the quick and professional way I was dealt with, not to mention the fact that I did not have to travel to Wakefield or Pontefract.

In terms of medical care, The White Rose Surgery is brilliant. However, the quality, excellence and thus popularity of this Practice has affected their ability to deliver satisfactory service levels.Im sure many patients would agree with me that White Rose let themselves down with their appointment booking system. Trying to get an appointment to see a doctor is difficult.The option to book an appointment via the online system is good but the appointments available are either at extremely inconvenient times or too far in the future. The alternative of calling on the phone for a same-day appointment is a lottery. Typically, one can ring early morning to book an appointment only to hear a recorded message saying appointments are full today. Im sure most patients find this very frustrating particularly shift workers, Mums with young children and elderly persons. There isnt any provision in the booking system for people who require ongoing medical advice to pre-book an appointment to see their preferred doctor at a convenient time.
I absolutely cannot fault this practice in any way. Every single member of staff I have interacted with has been friendly, helpful and professional. Quite simply the best practice I have ever been registered with. 10/10 would recommend!
