Ate from here a lot. The minimum 16 for delivery is high but I like the food.
Do not order from here the person cant even understand English Ive 3 recorded phone calls which I am taking to trading standards and also the police as they gave false information and robbed me! Then had the audiacity to speak in Chinese while on phone to English as thats against the law! Food came cold anyway then the English girl spoke to me and hung up on me twice ignorant idiots if you ask me!!!
Absolutely fuming! We ordered our takeaway tonight and it arrived on time, thats what the one star was earned for. Everything else went downhill from there, actually thats not true, we had to order an extra dish to get over the 16 minimum delivery order only for them to add delivery after! Anyway, we had ordered salt and pepper king prawns (nice but 2 were inedible because they were hard) and special fried rice with satay sauce (king prawns undercooked, not grey / blue but while / translucent). I called and asked for a replacement / refund and was told that the prawns were cooked and we should try them as they are prepared in a different way, then I was told that they were a different type of prawn. I was refused a refund and told repeatedly to eat the dish with the undercooked seafood which i feel is appalling!
Food is always great, quick service and amazing value for money. Hands down best chinese in the area!
Absolutely disgusting food never had anything such bad quality..Basically we ordered a chicken chow mein and got a tub of slime. Scruffy building, well not the most advertising. I would NEVER EVER recommend it! DO NOT ORDER FROM THERE OR YOU'LL REGRET IT!
